located across the street from the Hilton Hawaiian Village and
diagonally across Fort DeRussy. It is a leasehold property completed
in 1970 with the lease term to expire in 2039. There are a total
of 186 units in two bedrooms/2 baths configuration plus penthouses.
Some owners have since modified interiors. No guest parking.
All 205 parking stalls in the building are conveyed with the
units. Ground floor are commercial spaces including the Wailana
Coffee House. There are also commercial offices located on the
4th floor. The building structure looks massive for 186 units. Reason is units are huge consisting of nearly 1,300 gross square feet (living & lanai) area. Location is a busy intersection so expect street traffic until late in the evening. But because the building is central air-conditioning, residents claim noise is not noticeable. |
