| Marina Towers is located on the quiet side of
Ala Wai canal near the Convention Center. The building is 15
stories high with 109 units all of which are two bedrooms/1.5
baths with the exception of the 4 penthouse units. Minimum size
is 1,000 gross square feet. Penthouse units are more than 2,000
gross square feet. There is a small swimming pool at ground level.
Option to buy fee has been offered. Interior design is atrium style with a natural skylight (rainwater comes in) 150 feet high. There is a koi pond at the lobby and you can hear the sound of running water. Residents participate in the security. An elaborate cable television system has been installed allowing anyone to monitor all entrances and exits using the television set in their unit. Current residents exhibit pride of ownership.
