area plus a laundry room. Property is leasehold. There are 76
parking stalls, non conveyed with the units except for several
units on the penthouse level. School district is Ala Wai for
elementary, Washington for intermediate and McKinley for high
school. Most hotel guests are with package tours from Asia arriving and departing by the bus load. Current selling prices are very reasonable and Inn on the Park should be considered as an investment opportunity. Not recommended as a long stay residence. |
