condominium building consisting of 425 units. Nearly all are
in studio and one bedroom/one bath configuration. There are also
27 commercial units in a shopping arcade located next door. Parking
is an attached structure with 624 stalls. Entry area has a security
guard station and television monitor allowing tenants to see
their guests using an internal cable tv system. Ala Wai for elementary,
Washington for intermediate and McKinley for high school. The
leasehold expires in 2049. Very popular especially among foreign investors inspite of the units being relatively small - none are larger than 850 square fee including lanai area. Some owners have complained the parking system is a nuisance. There are no assigned stalls. It is easy to misplace your car since the location is constantly changing. |
