| Discovery Bay consists of two, 42 stories high
rise towers with 666 units. One tower is named, “Endeavor”
and the other, “Resolution”. Configurations are studio,
one bedroom/one bath and two bedrooms/two baths. 706 parking
stalls are conveyed with the units. No guest parking but there
are an additional 221 stalls available for use by the commercial
tenants. Commercial segment includes shops, drugstore, convenience
store, bank and restaurants including one of the busiest McDonalds
in Hawaii. Security guard on duty. Locked entrance. Guests admitted
by owners through an Entercom system. Nearly all the units are small especially studios which are 464 gross square feet. They remind you of bachelor pads. Swimming pool and recreation deck are also rather small considering the total number of units in the complex. For those who enjoy dining out and nightlife, there are many restaurants, bars, discos, etc. within walking distance. |
