| Liliuokalani Gardens is a leasehold condominium
property owned by the Queen Liliuokalani Trust. It was completed
in 1984 with a lease term period lasting 55 years. Lease terms
are fixed until the year 2014. The complex consists of two towers
with 385 units in various configuration including studio, one
bedroom/one bath, two bedrooms/two baths. Unique feature are
the excellent tennis court facilities on the roof of the parking
garage structure. Both towers have central air-conditioning. Main selling point is the amount of space allocated for gardens - a rarity in crowded Waikiki. Tall coconut trees surround the swimming pool and outdoor recreation areas. Studio interiors are rather small, about 300 square feet. |
