Honolulu, is a 40 story high rise residential/commercial/hotel
condominium. Tenure is 55 years leasehold with the Bishop Estate
with rentals fixed for the first 30 years (until 2013). Most
of the residential units are one bedroom/one bath or two bedrooms/two
baths. While there 899 parking stalls within the building, none
are conveyed with the units. Amenities include swimming, recreation
area and sauna Schools are Royal Elementary, Central Intermediate, McKinley High. Location is ideal if you want to walk to your downtown office. Area is very busy during the day but lacks nighttime activities. The exception is Hotel St. in Chinatown with its seedy clubs, cheap bars and streetwalkers.
