Hawaiian Philatelic Society meets at 7:30pm on the second Monday of each month at the Nuuanu YMCA, corner Pali Highway and Vineyard Boulevard in downtown Honolulu. Each meeting includes a short business session, a program or slide presentation and an auction of about 125 lots.

A swapmeet and board meeting is held at 7:00pm on the fourth Monday of each month at the same location.

Public is welcome to attend the meetings and swapmeets. Membership fee is $14 per person per year and is due during the month of October.
